# Serein changelog

## 0.1.0 (October 2026)

The first public version of Serein for macOS.

- A native macOS browser: tabs (vertical or horizontal), tab groups, private windows, downloads, permissions for each site, content blocking, saved passwords in the Keychain, and import from other browsers.
- Agent tasks for the command-line tools on the Mac: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor Agent, OpenCode, Command Code, Grok, Hermes Agent, and Pi or Oh My Pi.
- Web tasks in visible tabs with their own cookies, with Take Over and Stop.
- Grants for each task: clicks and typing, the user's sign-ins, project edits and Mac actions are off until granted.
- Up to three tasks at the same time.
- Questions about a page with the selection attached, and pointing at up to three elements.
- Review of file edits: a snapshot of each turn, a diff, undo and redo.
- Projects, a journal with search on the Mac, and hold-to-talk dictation.
